I haven't looked real closely, but the Shooter's Ridge did look very similar in quality. I wonder if the difference is where they're manufactured......?

I have three of the Harris bi-pods, and have been very happy with those. I've had these for twenty years, or more, and I don't think the Shooter's Ridge, or other knock-offs were available back then......might have been, but Harris was the most common to be found.
