Did you see the bullet fragments?
This is what I was mentioning about over driving the HP type bullets, they open to their max expansion dia. then start to roll back on itself to a smaller dia. even shedding fragments, till it comes to rest.
So in therory, is it better to reach total expansion rather than over driving the projectile to the point it rolls back and/or sheds its petals?
This is the Barnes 140 grain at velocity as written by the picture...
