With one of the sweetest double action only auto triggers out there, not to mention the light 9mm recoil, the P250 will almost certainly prove to be the more shootable. The heavy trigger on the Sigma will teach anyone double action trigger control.
If you've got lots of .40 ammo to burn, that's obviously a plus for the less expensive Sigma .40.
