Brats should be cooked in an iron skillet, splashed with some Spaten or on a real BBQ using charcoal/wood smoke, not those ghey gas thingamajigs.

So, No. That is NOT what they look like.

And today is Columbus day so you should be having spicy italian sausage. Brats this past Saturday.
