I have a Gen4 G27 and was wondering how well the 9mm conversion works. I'd like it to get my wife and I to shoot more. She likes shooting but even light loads make her wrist hurt from recoil.

Do you just need a barrel and a mag? Does the cost of the ammo really offset the conversion? Is there any reliability issues or other concerns? What would be the best brand to get?
