I wonder: Has anyone gone in and looked at measurements and angles of the frame, slide, barrel, etc. with a gunsmith / engineer's eye? We often hear talk about that with 1911s, etc. but here we seem to have solely concentrated on replacement of small parts. What I mean is, is there the possibility that newer Glocks are somehow "out of spec" in some critical area (or areas) and nothing we do with small parts will truly solve the problem?
