You know I shot the G3G17 my daughter now has in IDPA but when she took it over I starting shooting the old 2GG17 and found that the scores did not really change either way.

I actually like the grip better because at the end of the day the finger grooves on the G3 always squeezed my fingers a way the 2nd gen does not. I'm not as fatigued after a day of 2 or 3 hundred rounds.

Anyway G36shooter, congrats and I'm sure you'll enjoy that G2G17 for many years to come!
