The Lyman Tufnut really does a great job at cleaning up the cases, but you've already discovered the down side - all the rouge everywhere.
I just mix it about 5:1 corncob:walnut and make sure to put in some cut up dryer sheets and it minimizes the dust / rouge everywhere.
