Congratulations!

I own that exact model.
P30 40 LEM V2.
All I added was night sights.
And converted to Light LEM with OEM factory springs.

But truly they are very close to perfect right out of the box.
I would have been happy with the gun bone stock.
And have never even fooled with the grip panels - LOL.
