I had a Winchester 94 thutty-thutty twenty years ago and I hated it. The action was rough and the feeding was abominable.

I'd like to get a BLR in .308 but I heard that the internals had some plastic parts that weren't too durable.

I think that I'd like to hunt up a vintage Savage 99.
