3x5.....Squat.....175Lbs. PR Add maybe 5lbs. No knee pain.
1x5.....Bench.....120Lbs. PR Mistake 1x4 120kbs, 1x5 115lbs
1x5.....Deads.....180Lbs. PR Felt like 170lbs. Add 10lbs.
Hate my frontal muscles. Chest, shoulders still weak.
