Small batches tend to yield better quality control.

Not as clunky and heavy as most ZT's I've owned.

Easily re-sellable on the secondary market. Almost a cult like following.

The company most attributed to the "tactical" knife market.

What really matters is what you intend to use the knife for and then pick one that closely matches your needs and not really worry about the name if quality and materials are similar.
