I spent the holidays in the UK a few years back (had Christmas dinner in Wales) and fell madly in love with some of their desserts.

That said, I would LOVE a recipe for Christmas Pudding and a brandy sauce for it. I think that, stateside, Christmas Pudding is also known as Plum Pudding, but maybe there's a difference? Anyway, if you know what I want, and have some yummy, moist recipes, please share. Thanks!
