During one of my many recent crashes with Winblows XP, my IncrediMail died. I tried reinstalling it and that too crashed. I now have a "Complete IncrediMail installation" icon on my desktop, which naturally doesn't work and if I go into control panel and try to remove IncrediMail, I get a "cannot open Install.log" file error. How do I completely remove this turkey or revive it to some point where I can send an-e-mail to Gates with a thank you note for all his contributions to my stress level.
