I agree with Chavez 100%. The PTCFOR owners should be given refunds on what they paid. It is only now that I realized how much is the total amount paid by all PTCFOR owners (and in millions). That is really one plain robbery. Who benefitted from it? We haven't even considered those people who "facilitated" the transactions.
