Should be top ten percent, IF they beat a certain minimum cut-off score. As Redhat said, there should have been a competitor briefing that covered eligibility, safety, reasons for disqualifications, scoring, alibis, cut-off score for medals, etc.
They still use M15 .38 revolvers and M41 ball ammo for the handgun match, right?
