You can also put pictures on www.photobucket.com and then insert them into your posting like this:

I believe you are limited to 800 pixels wide but that is fine for most posting. Just use the IMG button and paste the photobucket link (like this http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y128/wi9ndy/hound_2sm.jpg) into the URL.
