I forgot that DPS is now in charge of the Photo Enforcement on the 101 so I don't know how accurate the above information is.
Also, I read that the City of Scottsdale recently changed vendors from
Redflex to
American Traffic Solutions and some flashes occurred at lower speeds during equipment testing as part of the transition.
