930 mag extension WANTED
Would anyone like to sell a used Choate (or other brand) mag tube extension for a 930HS that you no longer want? With or without the spring is OK. The 7 shot or longer... I can cut it down.
PM or email me: engines43 at yahoo.com
thank you.

Cut it on a lathe and weld a cap on the end.
I'm not looking for fancy... just function.

I have been following this over on the shotgunworld forum and they say you don't want a Choate extension. I have always thought that choate is good stuff, but they tell me there is better out there. I am on the office computer and don't have that information available now, but I will try to update this later.

My 930SPX came from the factory with a choate extension and choate pistol grip buttstock and I added a choate oversized charging handle. choate is quality stuff and has performed flawlessly from day one. I have owned ATI parts and they are bottom of the barrel as far as build quality and fit & finish.
My opinion is that Nordic and Mesa Tactical are at the very top, then choate, then ATI at the bottom as far as ranking parts as Very best, good and cheap.

Nordic was the one I was thinking of. There is also the S&J Hardware mag extension that they talk up at Shotgunworld.com as well.

Thanks for the clarification Bullman. I own and use alot of Choate stuff. I have NEVER been disappointed. You can pay alot more for the same quality you get from Choate. Their warranty is second to none!!!!
