Hey guys do you have any idea on what are the privileges of returning residents of the Philippines are?

My in-laws are planning to retire some day soon and they are hoping if there is any way to ship their furniture and other effects via a shipping container.

Could you recommend a cargo forwarding company near Illinois that could handle this matter at a minimal cost?

I have heard stories that retirees from the US can avail of a program that let's them fill a container van bound for the Philippines but can not find a source in the web that is near Chicago.
