Occidental Leather
Well just received another Stronghold Phoenix from Occidental Leather and I must say I am impressed with their service. It is a top quality product and took just a few days to receive it. I order it on Friday around 3:30PM and received a call within 5 minutes asking me if it was alright if they shipped the holster Priority mail because the Fed EX cut off just passed as well as he they would refund 18 bucks in shipping charges!!.. I said sure thing not a problem.. Now that is impressive service since I received the product in the mail today.
These holsters are extremely comfortable and top quality products. I haven't had a chance to take pictures of my new 5 inch version but here is one for the 3 inch.
And wouldn't you know it, as soon as I got home I received an email from my dealer stating he just received some Milt Sparks Versa Max II in!!! Ohh well I am more than happy with this holster.

Congrats! I have read online that their leather is a little on the thick side making it a bit less comfortable IWB. Do you notice this?
Thanks

The leather is a bit stiff but it breaks in very nicely.. The one I have for my 3 inch Ultra CDPII broke took all of 2 days to break in. At this time, I don't even notice I have it on after about 15 minutes.

....believe it or not, I agree with you. I personally find the VMII to be one of the most uncomfortable IWB's I have worn. They just do not work for me.

I agree, there is simply too much holster in many of today's designs to be really comfortable for me.
No knock on the work Tony Kanaly is doing, but I like the Summer Special much better, and thinner is better as well. I love the horse-hide holsters Andy Aratoonian turns out!

Picked up the 5in for my TRP a few weeks ago. High quality stuff - haven't worn it yet because I'm waiting for my belt from The Beltman to come in.
But from the looks of it, it is top notch. Definitely, one of the nicest leather holsters I've seen.
Since you didn't have a pic of your 5 in

Looks great, something worth considering, especially if you want to avoid the long wait times of others.

That looks like a nice holster I might have to pick one up.
