How I improved the Lee Hardness tester

Neat tool; but a pain to use. A couple of scraps of wood; and now it's a cinch to use and read the value.

Looks good. I put mine in a turret but I have to readjust the light to be able to read it.

Very nice Rusty. If you had a Dillon powder die (don't need the funnel), you could drop the scope right through the center. I found you can use the clip to set the depth of the scope. Could you use the third (or fourth) hole in the toolhead to position a small LED flashlight to illuminate the area below?

Not sure but sounds like a good idea. I'll have to get one and try it. I need to find a die to put it in and make it more stable. Right now I have a desk light that isn't too hard to adjust.
