After months away ...
I have rejoined a gym/fitness center/meat market/sweaty social club.
Anywho, for various reasons I had to cancel my membership in June. I have been doing pushups, walking, "squats" (using a weighted vest) and pullups but it's more and more difficult to motivate, especially it is too cold to do pullups outside.
Anyway, probably only two days per week will be gymed, but my plan is squats, bench, pullups/chins, and more walking.
