It's Salon. The comments don't surprise.
But consider the Holder DOJ which refused to deal with overt voter intimidation with clear racial overtones yet gets involved in local LE issues as if it is the end all and be all.

I would like to see just one of those egghead elitists handle a disturbance call, preferably family violence.
Let's see how their ivory tower theories apply to real world events.

Trust me when I say, "That's not gonna happen." I would even go so far as to say, "Place them in a prison environment to work without all of the tools that a street cop gets to use." OK, I can dream.
