I picked up a Glock 22 gen 3 police trade in for $299 and put an X300 on it to use it as a truck gun.
So far no problems with reliability but can anyone tell me if Glock ever figured out what caused the failures with gen 3 Glock 22s with lights attached?
Some lights are heavier than others. Some are installed too tightly by the operator. Glock has added a coil to the magazine spring to compensate for the weight/installation factor.

Thanks. I'll ditch the three mags it came with and just use the new mags I have.

As long as they have 11 coil springs, they're good to go (or replace the old springs with wolff +10% springs)... I have to ask though- If you haven't experienced any "issues" yet, why are you so worried about it??
