I do the same as I hate the grooved trigger. Worthless BATF.
I just buy trigger for the G17/22/37. Slaps right in place.

Same here- I find the grooved trigger to be very annoying.

All my compact Glocks now sport fullsized smooth triggers and Glockmeister has great prices on them, trigger with bar. Fast easy replacement.

Yep. A G17 trigger w/ trigger bar will do. I like LoneWolf.
All of my GLOCKs have the smooth, "combat" trigger.

+2.
I tend to forget I upgraded my gen 3 G27 with a G17 smooth trigger.
But love the feel.

Glock’s part number for the Gen4 G17/22 trigger is 3608.
Glock’s part number for the Gen3 G17/22 trigger is 357.
Beware, early G19’s (pre EH serial numbers) need a special trigger, DO NOT use the #357 trigger in these early G19’s!
I always put the smooth faced triggers in my compact Glocks. Feels much better!

I put the gen3 smooth faced trigger in both my gen 4 G26 and G32. Trigger pull and dissasembly are smoother with it. Engagements(firing pin lug, firing pin safety) are all correct as well. Lonewolf has always been fast and reliable for my parts.

are those glock 19s (early G19’s pre EH serial numbers) Gen.2?
can all gen 3 G19s use the G17 trigger w. triggerbar without an issue?

Dusty,
I've never owned a 19 or 26 that I didn't install a G17 trigger assembly in. Two gen 2.5 26s and I don't know, maybe a dozen gen 2 19s. I've only owned one gen 3 19 and that took one fine too.

thanks catshooter,
just asked, 'cause "vis35" stated that the G17 standard smooth trigger w. bar can not be used in some special production runs of G19s

Dusty,
Mmm. Never heard of that before. I had a BX xxx series that I put one in with no issues.
vis35,
Can you give us more data about this? Where can we find out more about it? And what trigger would be used?
Thanks.
