Goal met, now to next phase.

Well, I finally hit desired weight of 220. As some may know, I had an exhausting routine but it worked. At the same time, I am now plateaued so on to some change.

http://www.glocktalk.com/showthread....hreadid=392262

I switched to:

Day 1: morning cardio, evening lift - chest/back
Day 2: warmup-evening lift - legs
Day 3: morning cardio, evening lift - shoulders/arms
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: morning cardio, evening lift - chest/back
Day 6: warmup-evening lift - legs
Day 7: morning cardio, evening lift - shoulders/arms
Day 8: OFF
REPEAT

Now, with Guard drills and weekend events, things seem to come up and I can't always maintain this routine. I have also switched to more reps and running instead of elliptical. I am going to cut down a bit for air assault school through the guard. Back to more volume pull-ups, abs galore and push-ups/dips. I should be able to stay around 220 if I keep up the calories.

Anyway, I plateaued after about 3 months so it is good to switch up and the one day rest after 3 on is about right instead of 6 days on, 1 off....
