GT'er now looking for a new job
Well, I have decided that I have reached the maximum at my current employer. I have not put in my resignation yet but I am actively looking for new employment.
I'm looking for jobs in the science field. My expertise is in Molecular Biology, so DNA and proteins are my thing. I have Microbiology experience as well.
If anyone here knows of places in the Salt Lake Valley that are hiring please let me know.
I have checked Craigslist, KSL, and Monster; I sent off resumes to the places that looked interesting. If anyone knows of a lab that is not advertising their open position please let me know.

Check out Myriad Genetics I see ads in the paper for them all the time. I interviewed up there over a year ago for an IT position. Looks like a good company.

I had a great interview with Idaho Tech on Friday.
I met with the lady in HR which seems to be a good sign when they send you to HR instead of setting up a second interview.

Oh I can't move to Kali and I try to stay away from there as mush as I can. I'd have to leave my NFA toys and EBR's. I just can't seem to part with them.
The main guy I was interviewing with also mentioned if hired I'd need to start working on getting a security clearance. I'm not sure if it's Confidential or Secret level though. I wonder how the investigator would react when he/she sees my prints with the FBI come up 3 times.
