Hand-built stainless Essex (enhanced frame and slide). Currently awaiting custom oversize chamber reamer from Clymer so it'll eat my .454 lead boolits.

Here's my Para Limited. Its not my favorite 1911, but I do like the sterling finish.

This was my first post in this thread back in '07.

I'm sure glad both my picture taking skills and my taste in 1911s have improved over the years.

I'm always down for another pic thread.

BTW the book is because I was looking for a background (couldn't find a Springfield catalog) and just though "well they kick ass and so does the 1911". It made sense to me at the time (I should have been asleep ).
