Any fellow GTers gonna be attending the gun show this weekend at the Asheville Civic Center? I have plans to go on Sunday morning, if anybody wants to meet up shoot me a message.

I went. I knew what I wanted and found it much cheaper at Price's Creek General Store just outside of Burnsville than anyone had it at the show. If you don't know it and you live near Asheville; check it out!
It's hard to beat Max's prices over at Price's Creek. I just got a couple guns from him about a month ago and he was $40 to $80 cheaper than anyone else I called. Btw new to the forum.
Flycaster
Hey Flycaster, maybe we shouldn't let our secret out like this. I live in Hendersonville, have a nice gunshop literally an 1/8 of a mile away, and for some things; will still drive the hour or so to Price's Creek.
Max has always had good prices on his guns he use to have a store here in Marion. I started doing business with him then. The only time I have had anyone beat his price was at Christmas and Dicks beat him an a 870 pump I bought for my son and they didn't beat him by much.

If you take the "future" I 26 (also called 19/23) north from Asheville, in +or- 20 miles take 19E toward Burnsville. In another + or - 10 miles turn left on Cane River School Road. The Citgo gas station is also the general store and is like a trip back in time. I don't know his prices on his Glock's, but I've bought a Beretta and a Bersa there pretty darn cheap.
