Shrine bands still active?

Does your lodge have a band? Are you finding new members? At one time we were 80 strong in the 30s and 40s but we have dwindled to 12 active members and we can get about 18 to 20 total for the 5 parades we do each year. I am 44 and the third youngest in the band. Our oldest active member is 92. They are just dieing off and we can't find new members willing to play. We find a lot of Shriners who played but won't pick it up again. If you are having success with a band, how are you doing it?

Shrine Band

Our Shrine Temple in Fort Worth(Moslah) has a band that's been around at least 50 years probably longer. They are always in the Stock Show parade every year. They also compete at the state and national level against other Temples.
