I believe Mike posted some comparison weights of three different stocks and I think he said it was 3/4 lb. It feels about that weight too me as well.

Here's my S&W M&P15T with no real mods yet. I just got it and I have lots of plans but not lots of money!
Out of the box, the gun has lots of great goodies from Troy Industries, which I would've bought anyway. It has all the things that make up a great AR, such as M4 feedramps, properly staked gas key, chrome-lined barrel, etc. The Smith AR's seem to have a big following within the LE arena. It's certainly not a tricked out Noveske or Colt, but it's perfect for me.
Intentions are a 1-4x scope, new Magpul furniture, trigger job, bipod, sling, etc. Anyone want to send some money for this stuff?

I have two, this is my favorite. The other is an OD green A3 20" with HB. Nothing too special, I'll post pics. if someone wants me to. That's one of my home-made 3 point slings.

There are some seriously nice rifles here. Here is my AR. Its a LWRC M6A1 with some FDE furniture.Ive had it for a month or so and still havent been able to decide on an optic. Im guessing many or most of you will recomend the H1 or T1 Aimpoint.

Those UBR stocks look great, and I like that there is a cheek rest incorperated in it.
