Great pics guys.
Not only have I spent so much hard earned myself, but it looks like I've helped thin some other wallets as well.
I personally have not gotten a new 1911 since early May, but that will change as soon as my Liebenberg gets here.

Why do you think it's taking so long to finish it up.

Rinspeed, I'm honestly not sure. I think he's just overwhelmed with work.
There was a 5-6 month delay when they switched hard chrome venders, but the gun has been finished since early fall. I was then waiting for it to be reassembled and test fired.
Its been reassembled, as I got a nice pic of it that's going into a Guns & Ammo article.
I'm just waiting for it to be fired, which I believe was done now. It should be shipping any day.
I guess two years isn't bad. Some of these custom guys are backed up 3 to 4 years and longer.

Naw,.....if I could have found a NIB CBOB I would have bought it,
sent it off to be bead blasted and saved a bit of cash.
I found the Kobra when I was looking for Valors, when I was looking for CBOBs.

Might as well put this here too, BAC reminded me that John M. Browning had a 1935 design as well.
