Got a Great Deal on a new G20
I have a pair of G29's configured exactly the same use both for carry. I also had a Gen 2 1995 G22 that I bought a couple of months ago for 300.00. Today I went to a gun show here in town and found a NIB G20 for $505.00. traded in my G22 and walked out the door with my twins big brother for only 160.00 out of pocket. Needless to say I hit the jackpot with this one.
Love the 10MM and now I have both Glocks made for the round. I am stoked to get to the range to see how the big boy performs and the differences between the 2 models. I guess in a few months I will be getting the itch for the SF models. Maybe I better hold on long enough until the Gen 4's come out.

I remember back when I used to think I would never own a 10mm. Three guns later...

I have missed you to but I don't venture into the dark corner of GT. Too many Kool aide Drinkers there. I ran out of duct tape that I used to use to keep my head from blowing up.

I carry nothing but DT 165gr Golden Sabers. Roll my own range ammo 165gr Montana Gold with new Starline brass CCI 350 LPM primers and 9.7 gr of Power Pistol got 1250 ft/sec out of my G29's. Should get close to 1300 ft/sec with the G20. In used cases I drop the charge by 1.0 gr and get about 1100 ft/sec from my 29's. I have used 10.3 gr of 800X but that load was bluging my cases and had big smiles.
Haven't been able to fire the Big Guy yet

I may end up trading an unfired (I haven't fired it anyway) 3rd gen G17 for a like new 3rd gen glock 20, since I recently picked up a G29. Looking forward to getting it.

With the GSSF cert. plus %.06 MI. sales tax that would be the G20 price here in MI. Enjoy that bad boy. I too like that Power Pistol, need more.

I don't think you will regret it. I have 2 G29's they are great weapons.
I put a set of Heine straight 8 slant pros on the 20 and when I get my lasermax in it will be my regular carry gun.
I prefer the balance, the 15+1 in the mags and the added power from the 4.6 inch barrel.
It is no harder for me to carry concealed in my smart carry. I think I got a real winner here.

Thanks G36. I have become addicted to the 10MM
. The flexibility of the caliber, gun can become 1 of 4 calibers with just a barrel change. Extra power b y adding a 6 inch barrel and can turn it into a carbine by putting the frame into the MechTech upper. Few if any other guns bring so much to the table in any way.
