Sir, are you familiar with Ironside Barrels made in South Korea? Was thinking of building a new upper using this barrel, but I have never heard of it, much less seen it advertised. I'm on a tight budget, since AR parts this side of the globe are quite expensive, but this barrel retails for half the price of the other branded barrels. Hope you could shed some light on this matter. Thanks in advance.
All of the overseas stuff I've seen have been sub-par most of which were made in China. The only thing I saw from South Korea was an HK mag knockoff and it looked good but functioned poorly. You normally get what you pay for.
