How heavy of a bullet can a 1-9 barrel stabilize?(.223)

I have an ar-15- dpms ap4 (16" m4 contour 1-9 barrel), I have stripped the iron sights off and am getting a lo profile gas block and optics. I have shot up to 62gr barnes ~(2800fps)through this rifle and they stabilized fine. Does anybody have any real world experience with trying anything heavier? Was hoping to be able to shoot 68gr hornady match bullets.

Your 1:9 should definitely stabilize up to 69 grain. Some 1:9 barrels will stabilize 75's.
