Definitely a JHP from a quality manufacturer. There are those with strong preferences from light and fast to heavy and slow (spend a few hours in the archives at Caliber Corner here!), but it's hard to go wrong with a middle path:165 grain high tech hollow point at about 1140 foot-seconds, from any of the Big Four manufacturers. (Smaller makers can produce fine ammo too, but it's the stuff bought on bid by LE agencies that gets used the most and establishes the most substantial track records.)
