less than $600 for the whole Rock River gun as you see it.

yep, the A.R.M.S. isn't the latest/greatest.

Let me know when you figure on a price, I really want one now for a lightweight 14.5" upper.

My Smith and Wesson. I love it! I had a DPMS for a while... traded it for this and it feels much better, comfortable, accurate. Looks the same, except I now have a front vertical grip.

Recently switched out the RVG for the AFG2 and took it out for the first time today. I really like the AFG2...feels very natural.

BCM 14.5" middy upper on a RRA lower I built. It has a very good lower to upper fit. No wobble at all yet the take down pins can be pushed out by hand.

Here are my two...first up, my take on the Recon Rifle

Upper
•16” Sabre Defence 1:7 Government Profile Barrel
• Mid-length gas system
• Bravo Company Bolt and Carrier
• Daniel Defence Upper Receiver
• Daniel Defence 12.0 FSPM M4 Rail
• Gas Buster Charging Handle
• Vltor Flash Hider
• Troy Rear BUIS
• Trijicon TA01NSN ACOG

Lower
• Stag Lower
• Stag Lower Parts Kit
• Magpul MIAD Grip
• Magpul Trigger Guard
• KNS Anti Spin Trigger and Hammer Pins
• Magpul UBR Stock

Next, my shorty--I like my short ARs as light and simple as possible...I was originally going to go irons only but thought I'd give the Aimpoint a try. The DD mount is very light (since it offers a 1/3 co-witness there's no need for a QR mount) and with the sight mounted "mid-way" along the rifle it doesn't affect the balance.

Upper: Canadian-made 10.3" N8 Upper with Magpul MOE handguards, Aimpoint H1 in Daniel Defence Mount (and sometimes a Magpul AFG)

Lower: Armalite lower with Stag parts kit and LMT receiver extension, Magpul MOE grip, trigger guard and CTR stock
