old primer question

Hi Guys,
I have about 50 pieces of 45-70 brass that I primed a year ago, and put in a covered coffee can and forgot about them. Well actually, I lost them in my mess. It was in my basement shop, that is cool, but in the summer somewhat humid. Should I use them, or re-prime with fresh primers?

If I should re-prime, any easy way other than running them thru the gun to deactivate?

Thanks, LF
