$5.00 an hour for an admin fee is nonsense. I can see how the Cincy FOP left themselves vulnerable to such shenanigans by
1. Having the PD schedule the off- duty gigs
and
2. Capping the hourly wage amount by contract.
Still, the city claiming that much for every hour worked is ridiculous.
