A local shop told me they have a G19 and G17 left in stock. I'm not sure if they have gills or not but will call and check. Not really a 9mm fan would prefer the .40 cal variety but these are nib.

I had posted in this thread for my 23 with gills but it is gone and looks like the number of 23 counted has dropped as well?

The site had a problem and was recovered to their last good back-up. Don't remember the last count so I am not sure how many counts got dropped. I have updated it to count the new postings on the thread from 5/6 onwards.

i have the oppurtunity to trade my g23 for a g23 rtf with gills, plus the guy wants $40 dollars on his end so he can get a od glock. Should jump on the opportunity or having to pay extra isn't really worth it? Just need some opinions,

I also have a g22 rtf2 with serations and engraved decatur county sheriffs office, mine has some different white label on the box. It shows just a bit of holster wear, but on the inside it looks new. First 3 of # is nyn***. Night sights are bright, is it from GA?

I am a newbie to this site, I didn't read every post on this thread but I did find two G17's with PEP prefixes ate two different gun stores today. One was nice enough to pull out the case and the test fire date was 01/2011. He also gave me a catalog which I can't find a date on but it has a page talking about the RTF2 finish. The gills were listed as SP2 slide serrations and the only two guns listed as available in the US are the 17 and 22.
I do have a G22 NBR prefix not sure of mfg date.

If anyone is interested and they have an Academy Sports near them, they are pushing the sales on their RTF2 G22s right now ($479 vs the normal $529). Every once in a while, they will advertise their G23 RTF2 models - but not the G17 RTF2s that my local one also has in the case (that I am interested in).
PS: No, I don't work for Academy - but I do dig the RTF2s. Yes, this deal isn't as good as GSSF/LEO - but even Ed's doesn't have any RTF2s in their case now.

Are these older stock with the gills or the currently produced normal slide with the RTF frame?

The Academy here has the G17/G22/G23 RTF2s on display and they all have the 'gills'. Supposedly Glock isn't producing any more RTF2s, so the 'straight cut' slides are probably the scarcer version of the two.

Anyone know of any place that has a Glock 22C COMPENSATED RTF available? I was about to grab one from Gunbroker, but some JERK  bought BOTH of them at the same time.
