I've seen those the last month or two at a couple of our wholesalers, but never tried one. They have gotten mixed (at best) reviews; typically things like much louder than other similar-size units and minor construction issues. Pieces breaking, etc.
Just hear-say, never tried them myself. Personally, we use a lot of honeywell security and fire products. But honeywell is known for buying products, and even entire companies, to put their name on; so one honeywell product can be very different, and different quality, from another.

Radioshack has 33ah SLA batteries on clearance for $55. They don't sell chargers, but those are available online. Usually those batteries are upwards of $70-$80. I've got one for my Ham gear, could also be used as the basis for a battery kit with a small inverter.

They do have chargers, but they are special order. Nothing really special about them, price is OK. Not great, but not bad
