I was reading the thread on LWD long slide issues and it looked like there were a lot of people on the waiting list for LWD long slides. Then I realized that the posts were dated March of 2011 not March of 2012.
I have been on the list since February of 2012. They have pushed back the expected delivery date for the slides twice since I ordered mine. When was the last time they actually had slides in stock??? After $700.00 just for the slide assembly and a 3 month wait I sure hope I don't have any of the problems some others have had. It does appears that LWD takes care of any issues quickly and painlessly though so that helps.
