Ok, newbie question: What is a reasonable expectation for long range pistolshooting?

I understand there are many variables, so in an effort to narrow the question,say a Glock G20 with a LW 6” slide/ 6” KKM or Barsto barrel, good sites or areddot and solid, repeatable center of mass hits on a human silhouette 95% ofthe time or better.... DT 180gr at 1400fps? I know the shooter has tons to do with it, but assume someone who shoots regularly,but not a match competitor. I would liketo know what I should be aiming for/expecting? 100 yds? 150? More/less?
