I recently bought a REmington R1 Enhanced to shoot in the USPSA's Single Stack division. The gun is totally stock with the excption of a TechWell system I installed, which is just a set of grips that hold on a magwell. No internal modifications at all. I test fired it 250 times before competing with it, no failures. Then yesterday I shot it at a local USPSA match. This was the result.
Keep in mind that I don't start from the buzzer due to the fact that I was using an el-cheapo mag for a barney mag ad it didn't feed a round because it was to short to fit anywhere near the chamber with the magwell installed. Guess I'm used to Glocks.
But after I figured it out this stage was shot perfectly, the plate run really makes me anxious for next weeks GSSF match in Dayton OH.
