I was hoping to hear your thoughts on CC with a Glock 21. I have a Gen 4 Glock 21 and I'll have my CWP in about 7 weeks, I live in SC so there is a bit of a wait. Thinking about getting the CB Supertuck, for reference I'm 6'6" and weigh in at 230.

For a guy your size, with that holster, a G21 oughta ride discreetly. Hide it under an untucked tee or polo shirt that's at least one size large with straight drop hem (no taper), or a Columbia-style shirt that's unbuttoned in the front and untucked.
