Hard to put a solid answer on this Green man.
Personally, I'm at my strongest, but am still my average comfortable weight I've been for the last few years. I've been 20lbs heavier, but wasn't stronger. And been about 15lbs lighter at almost the same strength.
In general, most powerlifters will eventually have to move up a weight class to keep strength gains going.
But many keep getting stronger and remain at the same weight.
Size and strength go hand in hand for most people.
I'm just tryin to put out some general info for the OP.
