Now I'm thinking about a rear sight & likes the looks of the 018-004 being the Dawson Front is .205" tall & .105" wide..

What other options are out there for a .205 x.105 front??

I found a 2nd Generation G24s Case yesterday @ The Gunshow for $5 & picked it up for my G17L.. They also had a 3rd Gen Tupperware G35 case that I passed on..
It gives my 17L a place to sleep in the safe & stacks great with the other cases..
I always see the newer clam shell cases but wanted an original era one & finally found one..

Glock trade

Hey guys I need help, I wanted to trade my brand new Gen 4 G27 and a 357 barrel and a 9mm barrel for a new gen 4 g19.

Then I meet a guy who has a brand new in the box G17L
Who might trade.

Do you guys think this is a good trade? I think I like the 19 better?

Currently, no. Another member here recently reporting in the General Glocking forum that he had contacted Glock and asked them about Gen4 17L and 24C models, and he was told there wouldn't be any Gen4 longslides (although Gen3 versions of those two models are still being produced occasionally).

EDIT -- Link to the thread I referenced above:
http://www.glocktalk.com/forums/show....php?t=1444762

They ARE making Gen4 versions of the G34 and G35, though. That may be as "longslide" as you can get in the newest Glocks.
