It's always safe to use heavier bullet data for a lighter bullet, so use 147gr data for the 135gr & work it up. OAL, as always, gun & bullet specific. So load to the longest that functions in YOUR gun, regardless of data. If that ends up shorter than publsihed data, you'll have to reduce your max loads. It will have little to no affect on lower pressure starting to midrange loads.
"Given adequate penetration, a larger diameter bullet will have an edge in wounding effectiveness. It will damage a blood vessel the smaller projectile barely misses. The larger permanent cavity may lead to faster blood loss. Although such an edge clearly exists, its significance cannot be quantified".
