Frame Modifications on Glock 23.

Hi everyone my first time post i believe. Here are some pics of the work I recently did myself on my 23. Work includes removal of the finger grooves (I like them but they don't fit me!), undercut on the back of the trigger guard, rounded front of the trigger guard and stippling. I may eventually add a bobtail...not sure yet. I am very much a utilitarian and these mods make it set just right at my line of sight. Sorry about the poor pic quality, best I had.

I like the 3rd gen but your work looks very professional.

That doesn't look too bad, just looks a little unfinished. When I was shaping my frame, I had a bit of trouble trying to get my trigger guard of equal thickness on both sides, once I reshaped it. Trying to make it look like it came from the factory this way is the idea, after all, while making it fit you. Yours looks a little wavey, or is it the picture?

With some practice, you can cut a border around the stipple, and make it look like a grip addition, and not like you poked holes in the grip.

Some of the best work I've ever seen was done by cold bore customs, this is where I got the idea. Great appearance.
